Growing up in Queens, the barbershop was always a place where people came together. It was where you caught up with friends, talked sports, shared neighborhood news, and walked out feeling better than when you came in. It was one of the few places where people from every background could sit in the same room and feel at home.

That experience inspired us to build Off the Top.

As founders who were born and raised in Queens, we wanted to create a shop that reflects the borough that shaped us: hardworking, diverse, confident, welcoming, and full of personality. We are proud to serve the same community we grew up in and to build something meaningful in the neighborhood we call home.

At Off the Top, every cut is personal. We take the time to understand your style, your preferences, and how you want to feel when you leave the chair. Whether you have been coming to barbershops your entire life or you are visiting us for the first time, our goal is for you to feel comfortable, respected, and part of the family.

We are not trying to be just another barbershop. We want Off the Top to become a neighborhood institution—a place where great service, real conversations, and Queens culture come together.
